Vendor Inspections

• Inspection of materials and items / equipment to an agreed scope with clients.

Site Inspections

• Inspections / audits, with respect to the approved drawings, client specifications, approved Quality Assurance Plan, relevant Codes & standards etc.
• To survey / assess that the works executed at the site are constantly conforming to the approved drawings, in compliance with the project specification requirements and in accordance with approved work procedures.
• Expediting
• Regularly update the progress of the job at site/shop to the customer as per agreed schedule.
• Follow up with suppliers for submission of drawings, quality plans, delivery schedules etc.
• Expedite the placement of sub-orders and periodical review of the progress.
• Highlight constraints and critical areas to the customers through reports, supported by Digital pictures, for timely actions.
